Hi everyone, just a quick hello from the Hill family from Grt Yarmouth. We are spend our summer holiday in Calis and can't wait.
We have 2 young boys 6 & 7, my 1st question is "supermarket" can we get all our provisions in 1 place or do we need to visit individual shops for different things.
Looking forward to visiting Turkey again.
Thanx All

Welcome folks

To answer your question, if it's available in Turkey, you'll normally get it in the supermarket. It's also surprising how much you can find in the little mini markets too.

Have a great holiday and welcome to CBF  :)

Hi YB, welcome to the forum, the prices are more or less the same in the small shops anyway, and there a 2 fair sized supermarkets in Calis, SOK is the closest to the centre, almost next door to Jimmys soup kitchen, try both of them. at the dolphin roundabout up towards Gunlukbasi, opposite direction to the sea front, and GENPA, 7 mins walk from the roundabout towards Fethiye. Hi welcome to Calis, where are you staying? If you are new to calis, the beledye blue and green big buses will take you into Fetiye and pass all the easiest supermarkets on the way and will give you the greatest space for shopping on the way back.Oh and its by far the cheaper journey at only 75kurus per head.Happy holiday

Thank you so much for your help guys, your welcome to the forum is much appreciated. We are looking forward to visiting Calis, especially the boys who are looking forward to the water-park.
We are staying in a Duplex apartment (Forest Valley) what ever that means Captainjon.
I have loads of questions I hope you dont mind me picking your brains.
Many Thanks Pat
