How do you go about cancelling digiturk can you phone or do you have to go in to shop and what about the box when do you take that back

I phoned them to cancel my subscription which ended today I was asked to take the box remote into fethiye.

i stopped mine 7 months ago and still have the box and remote

I stopped mine 4 years ago and had to return the box and remote to the shop. Tight gits even made me go home to get the bloody scart lead.
