Lovely place, just one thing that irked me when buying a glass of wine...the glasses were tiny. I spotted a proper standard wine glass and poured my measure into it and it came up to just over half a glass...
I got mine topped up to the standard measure, I am happy to patronise a nice place but please don't insult my intelligence with excuses about what constitutes as a wine glass, just play fair and we're all happy. (Wouldn't dare try that trick on a beer drinker)
Don't be put off, as I said, it really is a lovely place.

Happy holiday

caz

The Harman Hotel used to do that (this was a few years back, don't know about now) - you pay the 'going rate' for a glass of wine and it turns up in a thimble on a stalk. Not a nice memory to take away with you.

just be careful to lock all your valuables in the room safes, my wife had to translate in the gunlukbasi police station last week for a woman who had her jewelrey purse stolen from her room. she had left it in the room behind locked doors etc.there was no sign of break in. she was very upset her grandmothers and mothers wedding rings were amoungst the items stolen. the last i heard were the police were going round to investigate.

Hi Bridgette, there are quite a few West Cumbrians who have villa's and apartments in Calis, and spend a lot of time in the beautiful Calis Beach area.
Hope you have a wonderful time.
