We recently went to thr Okyanus fish restaurant in Calis which is located next door to the Lighthouse Restaurant on the promenade. We had successfully bid for a meal there for 2 with wine at the Calis Carnival Promises Auction.
Having popped in during the afternoon to book a table and advise that we wanted to use our voucher, the staff were more than attentive, and we were treated to the best fish meal that we have eaten in years. We both chose the sea bass and the manager selected the two biggest fish that he had in the chill cabinet. Cooked fresh, the fish hung well over the plate and were absolutely delicious, served with a simple salad and potatoes. For fishlovers, the restaurant is an excellent choice, but being a small restaurant and set back, it is one that could be easilly missed when walking along the prom.
