Hi Everyone.

Just returned from Calis Beach, total of 11 7 kids 4 adults, aged from 4-40 including two teenagers we had a fantastic time.

Very friendly people excellent value for money, we ate at the Harem, Calis Beach Restaurant, both Palms, Cafe Soul, Bella Mama's, The Chinese found all to be excellent the food was lovely, the  service and value for money was also very good.

We were unfortunatly burgled whilst sleeping which spoilt our visit, we lost all our cameras and so have no pictures or video of our stay which is a shame, we went to australia last year and the entire video was on the hard drive so try and download your recorded data on your return. Please ensure all your valuables are stored securely, we were in a complex of 5 villas and everyone was burgled over the 2 weeks we were there, one family were burgled on there first night !

I found dealing with the police very frustrating, It took 6 days to get a copy of the police report !! I had to go to the police station every day and got a different story every time, spent a small fortune on interpreters.

Calis could do with a tourist information point to assist foreign travellers .

It has not put us off though and we hope to return next year

Thanks

Chris

Hi Molly, welcome to the forum, i aint as daft as that lot, i realised it wasn't 117 kids straight away, but the 4 adults aged from 4-40 including two teenagers, they sure matured young :D. glad to hear you had a good time, despite the break ins, hopefully they'll be locked away by the time you come again. Alan
