The awnings are erected, the tables are laid out, Santa's balloon grotto is being built overnight and most of the bars have Christmas decs - yes it is all systems go for the Calis Christmas Fair today. (Sunday)
No matter what the weather, we are ready for it. Well over 100 stalls are booked in and it should be a great event.
The weather forecast is improving as we speak but even if we are really unlucky and the bad weather does continue (bearing in mind we have coped with rain for the last 2 years) it will still be a great day out.
Santa arrives at 1.00 pm in his "toy"ota mobile, the Sunset Singers are on at 12.15 and 3.00pm and there will be balloon modelling, mulled wine, mince pies, hot chestnuts and every sort of Christmas stall possible.
We understand that there are coach parties arriving from Marmaris, Mugla, Dalyan and Kalkan so it really seems to be taking off. So please come and join us for a great festive day out. There will be several charity stalls there who will be raising money for local charities so pleae give them your support as they are all doing a great job.
