Hi

I'm planning a trip to Calis late April to view property so I've joined this forum to seek your valued advise and experiences. Please be gentle with me[8)]

Hi Mr C

You will find plenty of advice on here. Were generally a harmless bunch of property owners and Calis lovers

Ask away

Thanks Steve

Never been to Calis but have done a bit of research....never the same as going there....so, is it a good place to buy and let?

Hi Mr C
We are also looking to buy in Calis next year and will also be making our first visit in April.  I have requested copies of articles detailed in Homes Overseas mag re Aug/Oct 04 and hope they provide useful info on the Country and economy. Found this site most interesting though.

Mr C

Were just going through the buying process at the moment

Its a bit daunting but we know we have brought the right place and property

As for letting, bit mixed on that one. I wouldn't rely on rental income to pay any loan (others may disagree though)

Hi each

fantastic response......I want to buy 3 maybe 4 properties in the area......don't need a loan.....but is there any desire for people to rent?

Welcome Mr C.

I'm sure your research has sent you to the right area. And you'll find some property you like.

Hello Mr. C & Welcome.

I bought a house in Calis earlier this year (it all went through in September). I found the process really easy but then I had a really helpful & trustworthy agent. (if you would like details please email me directly).Good luck in your search. I'm sure that you will come to love Calis like we all do!

Tracey
