Meet Milly
« on: July 05, 2011, 17:03:46 PM »
This is Milly, her and her brother were being left alone on a complex at night tied up on a piece of string, the gardner who appeared to be caring for them says its the bosses dogs, we doubt it.

We had a phone call to come and see Milly at a friends apartment, it appears it has tried to escape under a fence and ripped the skin off her back:( after speaking to the gardner we took her off to the vet, she stayed there for two nights and is now with us, what happens after here we are not sure yet but but her brother is still there:( We are negotiating his release.

These photos are not for the squeamish...

its nasty but has had full treatment now of cleansing and anti biotics and follow up medication for the next week or so, we will keep you updated, your money has paid for this dogs treatment and for that we thank you :)

Poor little perisher.  Shows how remarkable they are when they suffer so much, and yet still play  :)  It shouldn't have happened to her, but it's fantastic that Animal Aid could help.  It doesn't bear thinking about, what her fate would have been otherwise.

If it was not for people like you and Pauline, we all know where this poor little devil would have finished up. Hope you manage to get her brother.

We were just at Andy & Paulines, this is one very cute puppy! It just makes me want to cry when they still wag their tails and are so happy in spite of everything.
I just hope she finds the loving home she so deserves

Poor little thing. It just makes you want to weep to see these poor things in such a state...thank goodness you found them in time. I hope both puppies end up in loving homes.
