My apologies but I reckon that people might be fed up reading the "Oh no - it's that Scotsman......." thread. So I started I new one but it's on exactly the same theme.
Firstly my huge thanks to steveb1, bewva, lizdev, suzzpuss, jacqui harvey, slikmrs, toky, cheers, jim fraser, kenkay, jonuzumlu, JanBee, patrice and MGT for agreeing to help the kids by donating to the Olympic Medal thingie.
The Opening Ceremony is just about upon us and I hope it's a whole lot better than I am expecting.
But, back to the title of the thread or at least part of it "A Question......"
Have you asked where a shop is, where the best restaurant is, what is the exchange rate at present, where is the best place to change money or any other question.
If you have, I bet you got lots of useful answers and the information you needed from the Forum.
So my question is unsurprisingly simply - the Forum has helped you, will you help the Forum help the kids (noisy or otherwise
by pledging on the Olympic thread.
The Games started (properly) after the Opening Ceremony so this will be your last chance.
I am like a colied spring just waiting to add your name to the list above.
