The Calis Children's Charity Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 26th September at 2.00 pm at the Golden Moon Hotel, Calis. As well as the election of officers for the 2013 year, there will be a verbal annual report and a final annual statement of accounts by the Treasuer. The committee will then discuss the way forward for the 2013 fundraising year.
A report of the meeting and a summary of the accounts will be published both on CBF and other media and a copy of the Annual report and a full financial statement of all of the money raised and where it has been spent will be available for public scrutiny a few days after the meeting.
