Though I say it myself, the food was some of the best that I have tasted at any charity event I have been to. Well done to our Chef Viv, you did an excellent job - the sauce on the Coq au Vin was sublime - and the food was piping hot which is unusual for Turkey, and there was lots of it. Well done also to Anne and Barb who helped with the cooking on the day and also the other committee members who cried tears prepping the onions and other veg - a great team effort.
Also a huge thanks to our entertainers Paul Wynter (aka Ian from Kismet), Shelly and Gordon the DJ who did a great job and all donated their time for free. They are great supporters of the 3C's and we really do appreciate their help.
