Blimey that's my next door neighbour villa. I heard there had been somebody diddled over the villa, but this poor couple were royally had over. I hope, against real expectation, that they are able to get their money back and that tis Cem bloke ( and the builder) gets locked up double quick.
Anyone know who actually owns the villa now, cos it is a mess, severe damp problems, and in the absence of anyone taking responsibility I've cleaned the empty pool twice now, because it was starting to stink and the green scum made it a real eyesore.
