according to the owner of the cafe its not actually a grave its where people go to say a prayer and make wishes(probably wishing someone would clear up the mess)

Called yesterday on way back from taking the dogs to the beach, really welcoming even with the dogs wishing they could chase the ducklings. Decent cup of coffee, will definately go again next time minus the dogs.!!

She told us that as well (but didn't give the impession that she really knew   ;) )

Its not a grave,its a memorial to "Fethiye Bey" a First World War pilot,in whose honour Fethiye was renamed. Why the memorial is there I do not know.
