I have picked up a nasty little bug with this name. Any tips about ridding myself of it?

I couldn't uninstall using Control Panel because DNS didn't show up - even under a different name. So I uninstalled everything from the last fortnight. Then I followed the recommendations including swapping my IO-Bit Malware program for Malware Bytes. It seems to have gone - unless it is still lurking. Thanks for help. Helpful as ever.

No prob.  Malwarebytes is one of the better ones, I always install it on Windows environments.  I just wish some of the folks whose machine I install it on actually used it...

Yeah, I used to have MalwareBytes. I don't know why I got rid of it. Maybe I downloaded an IOBit program and it arrived with a lot of its chums.
