Scarletts
« on: March 27, 2016, 23:26:57 PM »
I understand that Murat has sold Scarlett bar and that it will be under new management this season.

That being the case, I would wish to sincerely thank him, Mustafa, Hakan and all the Scarlett boys who helped make our holidays in Calis so special.

Truth be told it is sometime since we found ourselves sitting in the second best bar in Calis at half four in the morning but we did have many, many special nights in there over the years.

Brenda and wish Murat and Mustafa every success in their new venture and send much lovely to their families.

Corrected version..............

I understand that Murat has sold Scarlett bar and that it will be under new management this season.

That being the case, I would wish to sincerely thank him, Mustafa, Hakan and all the Scarlett "boys" who helped make our holidays in Calis so special.

Truth be told, it is sometime since we found ourselves sitting in the second best bar in Calis at half four in the morning but we did have many, many special nights in there over the years.

Brenda and I wish Murat and Mustafa every success in their new venture and send much love to their families.

NOOOOOOOO I cant believe you have sold our favourite Calis beach haunt, dancing on the bar, meeting old friends, not being able to stand, after too many Raki & leaving at who knows what hour in the morning. What will we do now.

Good luck Murat & Musti in whatever you do next, hope to see you in a couple of weeks

Certainly the end of an era legless :(.

So many of us on here have such fond memories of Scarletts.

Mine is probably Mustafa and Nadine wedding, closely followed by the night we arrived and Murat's first action (after greeting us of course) was to unceremoniously throw me into the pool.

Happy days indeed  :)
