Our trip - first trip with the grandkids (kind of)
« on: October 25, 2017, 01:28:22 AM »
The grandkids loved every minute of Turkish life. From being with our Turkish family and learning my limited Turkish beforehand and using as much as they could, which my outlaws were surprised at as to where they had learned from me
As I very rarely speak (an English embarrassment of getting it wrong on my part). Let's just say they could probably count to 10, name nearly every fruit and veg, and say good morning and goodnight - for 5 and 7 not bad going.

By the time they left they wanted to come back ;grandson 5, crying at airport), and even today my grandson was talking about seeing our inlaws again. My granddaughter wants to live in Turkey but apparently not after year six      :)

In essence I think it doesn't matter how old you are -
You'll fall in love with the place
     :)
Restaurants - Bella mamma kids love the steak) beach house (kids loved the dancing!) ammetis relaxed.

Missed my cousin nigel and Ian at Kismet but enjoyed the new fethiye none the less.

No it's not! After 10 years you'd think I would speak more  :)
