Advice on shopping
« on: April 08, 2006, 01:09:09 AM »

Hi everyone,

My name is Liz and me and my husband (Craig) have just bought a bkksrand new apartment in Yaniklar (Oasis village). We are travelling over on Monday (10/04) for the week (with 3 kids in tow) as we have to furnish the place. If anyone out there could give us any information as to where we should go to purchase nice quality furniture at reasonable prices we would be most grateful. Thanks Liz X.

Hi Liz
Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your little bit of Turkey.
As eizo says a good place to start is Erin Spot, Bekir sell everything and all at reasonable prices.
Good luck and happy shopping

Hi Liz - like Anne and Eizo you will not do any better than Eren Spot. I furnished in February and being a boring soul I like to have a budget and then put everything down on a spreadsheet! (I come from the school of "never go shopping with a woman without a list).

If you send me an e-mail I will send it to you.

Having had 4 children - you will need all the help you can get!!! :)

Good Luck - it is a great expereince.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.  Depends on what you want style/budget etc. Try a search for Furniture. there are a few websites listed for stores in Fethiye which may help.....If you have time. :)

Erun Spot is fine for cheap stuff but if you want quality then you've got to shop around.

It depends of course on whether you're furnishing it for the letting business or whether it's going to be mainly for your own use.
