Title: Exchange rate

Hi everyone, ✋

4 weeks today me and my family are back for our 6 th year of fantastic holidays at Calis beach.

I’ve noticed the Exchange rate is 6.1 is this rate here to last or are we predicting a huge slump??

It isn't here to stay and it isn't going to slump. It should continue to ride for some time yet - maybe till they have to knock the 00000s off the end again.

Are we getting much more for value at the moment or has prices risen in calis. In all the years I’ve been I’ve never seen it so high

Fuel which was always more expensive than the UK is now under £1 per litre.
Taxis are so reasonable. I have not noticed much increase in the cost of things.

Eating out, and goods at the market still great offers to be had I take it??

Any new bars or recommendations this year??

Does Aroma do any shows last time we were there we missed a few shows??

Hi all went and bought some lira today the main exchange peeked at 6.49 this afternoon but now fdropped to 6.15 hope i did the right thing

Still really high, it’s crazy as normally you would jump at this but everyone seems to think let’s hold just for a better deal!!!

What’s the average 3 course meal price in calis this year??

Also are the goods at the market good value Trainers watches clothing???

Our favs are Nil Bar meeting point also the Indian and Bella mamas???

Also what’s the fish resturant by Mancero like in fetihye anyone tried it??

Think you mean Hilmi fish restaurant JLS1. We were there a couple of nights ago, our last night in Calis and the week before for OH's birthday. Can certainly recommend it. Food is fabulous and the setting is lovely. Lot of locals use it so it must say something.
