Great way to discover new craft beers
Only if they don't get stuck in Uzbekistan on the way...
I don't know how relevant this is to folks outside Scotland, but both Lidl and Aldi (locally to me) stock a decent range of "craft" ales. Aldi have Hobgoblin and Old Peculiar at a pound odd for a 500ml and Lidl have Shepherd & Neame Tapping the Admiral for less than a quid. Those are just the ones on offer, there's usually a decent selection in store.

This list of fine beers at a reasonable price constitutes torture from here in proper beer free Turkey :-[ :-[ :'(

Don't fret, it wouldn't taste the same in the warm/hot sunshine you enjoy. Any more than Efes is drinkable in the UK whereas it is tolerable in Turkey (just about).
