So says an Oxfordshire county councillor. Well it's an interesting alternative to the climate change explanations. How many more such nutters do UKIP have in their membership? They seem to be able produce one a month. Farage says he is going purge UKIP's 1,818 strong candidate list of "extremist, barmy and nasty" members. How many will he have left when he finishes that?
