Hi all
Was in Calis for 16 days and we ate out for 14 of those days, got back 11 June. Had some really good meals especially Flamingos on the new prom. The only bad meal we had sadly was at the Orient Express. We had to wait ages for the bread and the meals (And no it wasn't busy) The menu stated that the main course's we ordered came with rice, well you get a tiny and I mean tiny star shaped bit of rice. It must of consisted of a dozen grains. The mains were bland. The kids meals (8ytl) consisted of half a dozen chips and ONE sausage. Had to cook the kids something when we got back to the villa. George must have had an off day as he wasnt his usual friendly self. Also noticed it was empty compared with other restarants along the front. The Nil bar next door being packed. Bloody hell even Denis Davey's deserted the place (although thats not a bad thing) Sadly put it in my info folder as one to AVOID.
