Hi, would that be the same Byram & Iris who ran the bar/restaurant and property services just along from the Tuna Hotel near Seaside Residence? Think it was actually called Iris & the property side of the business had a black horse sign??Does this mean they have moved or has the name just changed? we had lovely lunches there a few times & both lovely people, would like to see them again this year so knowing exactly where they are would be appreciated. We have never eaten at Mimosa even though we stay at Seaside but everyone we have spoken to recommends it and 1 family last year rated it as the best meal they had in their 2 week stay. It was on our list or this Summer so will definitely be giving it a try.

cheerful - I talked to Sol this evening and he maintains that Letoon was open and indeed very busy.

lynn25 - we reckon its about 100 - 200 metres from Seaside.

We passed the Letoon on the day of the Royal wedding and there were a good few folk in there watching it on the telly.
:D
