New Bostans

Well who on earth would come on Holiday to Turkey and then eat Fish, chips and mushy peas? Certainly not me!

However, it smelt so good at Bostans we both ordered it!

Superb, in fact marvellous, almost to Tommy standard for any Mancunians from the Middleton area! (RIP Tommy!) And well up to Whitby level for you Yorkies! Batter crisp and didnt crumble, good air gap between the batter and the fish, fish perfectly cooked!

Had there home made dolmades as a starter and they were great too!

They also have a good wine list, some of the best Turkish wines, not chep at 56 Lira, but worth it!

What is more they cook this every Friday evening as a special, think it was 17YTL from memory and worth every penny!

That is my Friday night in Calis sorted for the future  ;D
