I'm always loath to recommend restaurants and their food as generally peoples' tastes, expectations and critque are mostly at odds. However, I just would like to pass on that I had the most fabulous meal at Eyna yesterday of Sole (doubt if it was from Dover) cooked in a lemon, butter and cream source with a hint of dill. I cleared the plate it was plentiful and delicious. This dish will most definately be on my "to be repeated" list, that is after I sample the chicken cooked in apple and brandy sauce that comes highly recommended by owner and establishment
