Back to topic. We were there last night as well.My wife had the grilled salmon and said it was superb. When we got there it was very busy and we thought it would take an age to get our meal as every thing is cooked from fresh.Oben came over and asked if we could wait 10 mins before he took our order to prevent back up in the kitchen. Well whats 10 mins when you are on holiday, sure enough true to his word he came and took our order and we had a lovely meal.Glad other people are trying this place.

O.K. I'm sold!  So I'll ask the inevitable question: Where is Oben's please?

So, walking down the prom to the Koca Calis end, pass the Letoon Hotel and walk on It is the first restaurant on the left hand side.  I would say it was the cheapest meal yet and one of the best.
We also noted how full it was.  Like other restaurants in the area who have been long established and get good reputations.   This week we have noted Meeting Point, Bella Mamas, Georges and now Oben all full when other places are virtually empty.

We thought our meal was really cheap for what we got.  I personally could not finish all of mine. The free cappuccino was also lovely.   We were nearly going to call in and see you Jane, but thought it may be a bit late.

We had   Free bread
              Grilled salmon
              Meatball casserole
              Two bottles of decent wine

At todays rate  £34   Taking into account the price of wine not bad at all.

Based on the comments, we think we will give this a try next month as well.  Jacqui, the chicken piri piri sounds nice - how hot (spicy) is it please ?
