Title: Rocky Road
Post by: lisa marie xx on December 08, 2009, 21:44:43 PM: Does any1 know how to make this? I have tryed googling it but keeps coming up with other things and I cant get U tube in turkey!! There was a lady who had made it for the Christmas fayre and it was lovely,so want to try to do it myself x

I make this often & I find Nigella's the best recipe. I sometimes add chopped jelly babies, turkish delight and/or maltesers to it. Mmmm wonderful. :P

Post by: Scunner on December 09, 2009, 10:34:11 AM: To make chocolate go further (or to make recipes more economical) use dark chocolate but less than usual, and add a couple of bounty bars - this will thicken your chocolate up so bring it back to the previous consistency by adding milk. This works very well with corn flake/rice krispie cakes and the coconut adds an extra flavour :)

That's one of my own tips. I surprise some of you sometimes, I realise that :D

I surprise myself sometimes ! :D ;):D

Fab with cherries Terrie....and don't be mean on the marshmellows as they go all gooey and yummy !! xxx
