Just before Christmas a friend ended up 10 TL out of pocket as he was talking to one of the workers and forgot to check his change immediately. When he returned (within about 10 mins) the 'robust' man in the shop refused to listen to him or return the money to him.

They have tiny Jars of Marmite now but did not take a note of the price on that one as I brought a 750g tub back from the UK last week :)
