I am asking this question on behalf of an elderly friend who has had residency for 12 years.
When does the over 8 year rule become law? [ie permanent residency]
He needs a new blue book as the old one is full, how much does this cost?
Can you give me an idea of the total cost for him to renew, he is in rented accomodation.
