Post by: cheffy on January 26, 2015, 21:43:05 PM: Hi all, I'm excited to say that Jan and I are back in June and staying again in Telmessos, we are so looking forward to seeing a few familiar faces and of course the wonderful Turkish hospitality, not wanting to wish time away, but we can't wait.!!

Me too! Oykun hotel first two weeks in June with my eldest daughter and her husband..............someone has to keep an eye on Dad! Booked the Oykun on Scunner's recommendation (direct booking) so if it's good enough for him.................. ;D ;D ;D

...and after all that (which sounds like the same discussions) between now and the end of the year we are heading for Spain, Portugal, Spain then back to Portugal. Vietnam was supposed to be in the mix but circumstance has bumped it. Thats all we got booked just now. Admittedly there are two trips to Istanbul, but that's tidying work stuff from last year.

I may be odd (for a member of this forum), but I seriously don't get the "love thing" with Fethiye/Calis.

oh dear we hope its something nice , OR it could be a dunk in the pool when we arrive.

So close now I can taste it , we arrive on the 23rd and should get to Telmesoss around 2:30 pm, hope to see a few of you guys around :0)

Post by: ArtyMar on July 16, 2015, 12:26:51 PM: We are now back home in London, enjoying a generally good Summer - still dreaming of our recent trip to Calis in early June. We had a fantastic time. Our son has decided come what may, he'll be back next year. The weather was perfect - bright and sunny but not boiling hot (the day after we left the temperature zoomed). Met up with fellow witches, Menthol and Gillian.Handbury and had a great time! Trying to persuade my other half to go again in September.
