Is it?

If Chrome is terminating it's use of Flash it could well be more of a question about what is going to happen to Chrome

Earlier today, Adobe announced that it would cease development and distribution of Flash Player at the end of 2020. Google has also published a blog post, explaining that Flash support will be completely removed in the Chrome browser at that time. But don't expect everything to stay the same until then - there are a few changes in store leading up to the removal date

I am using OPERA since a few years . It had its up and downs but the inbuilt VPN is useful ...especially in Turkey where this is banned one day and that is forbidden the other day... don't know what plans they have about flash in future though..
