I recently saw several comments on "My Merhaba" site forum rrwhich mentioned that the Tax People were now talking about anyone offering their property for rental having to have provided the tenants with a rental agreement which would have to be legalised in some way !! This seemed to be even for holiday rentals. also it stated that even if friends or relatives were in the property it would be presumed that they were paying tenants unless the owners tapu and passport could be produced to prove they were guests of the owner while the owner was in the country!! Has anyone else any knowledge of this?
