I am sure this has been mentioned before, however, we have recently completed a purchase of property and acquired the 'Tapu'. This does not have the correct amount shown under the heading 'Satis Bedeli.
Therefore, could anyone advise on what we have to do to change this figure and are there any implications?
Before I forget there is also on the tapu, one of the boxes reads KAT MULKIYETI - could someone interpret this in Turkish for me please.
