can anyone advise me on the cost of bringing a car into turkey and the prices if i decide to buy in turkey, i understand that a majority of uk expats live on savings interest can anyone tell me which accounts are the best and what the rates of interest are.

I think it was within the last two weeks that someone was asking the same thing on the site and the general thought was that it was not worth it.

hi peter the turkish guy from next door in england tried this,he was going to leave a people carrier over there.Found that they charge you the earth for registering it.Also you have to take it out of the country every 6 mts.

it seems from my friend that they are clamping down on illegal cars being sold in the country.
