I used Mothers married namr and yes, they send you an  email with a link to download.
They expect you to download the link within 24 hours (if my memory serves me right) Or you need to start again

No...it's not a silly question and I'm sure we have all stumbled over the form. I'm sure it's Mums Name not Maiden name... And yes you get an E mail with your E Visa document, and no I don't think you can amend once submitted....
I don't think they use any of the information on the form apart from arrival & departure.. Correct me if I'm wrong...

Got mine a couple of days ago H.  I used my mother's married name without any difficulty.  E-mail with evisa to download came immediately after submission of the application.  Cost $20.70 (about £12??)

Turkish bureaucracy. In the UK you're identified by your full-name and date of birth ( and possibly NI number ). In Turkey it's name and parent's names.

Surely for a man, your Mother's married surname name will be the same as your own surname? I've always used my Mother's maiden name when completing the form but just like the others who used their Mother's married name, I have had no problems in getting an e-Visa so perhaps it doesn't matter.

Did ours too.  On the form you print out, it does not give your parents names, so no problem what you put.

I do wonder, John, what this has to do with Hotels and Private Rentals in Calis.
