Mercury,

Of course, any of the local schools/charities can make use of it.
Will collect what they have as soon as I hear from them.  Will also mention that we can take any unused/unwanted exercise books, pens, pencils etc.  Can then store here indoors until Marc and Jenny leave for their lovely drive!  I on the other hand am flying!
Piffy, I still have your number somewhere so will make contact in August once its arrived!
Carol

Had a great day shopping for Bozalan School today - loads and loads  of bags of goodies to take up to the school next week.  Thank you all so much, the children will be made up :D.  We will be posting pictures of the purchases in the next few days.

Keith will be updating the list shortly but we are nearly there - just a few more of the big items to buy. So one last major effort is needed and we should eventually get there.

Thank you all CBF members who are supporting this worthwhile project.

I would also like to add my thanks to everyone who has supported this very worthwhile project.

As Chrissie (Pi55Y) has just said, the exciting part of ordering and buying the goods and equipment is now here and over the next few days, weeks and months we will be posting photos of how things develop.

There are just a few large pieces of expenditure to fund but hopefully we will get there.

Thank you everyone  :) :) :)

Have just heard that Bekir at Eren Spot is going to donate a 32" flatscreen television to the school - well done Bekir for your support and generosity.  Bekir has always been a great supporter of charitable projects and has always supported the 3C's charity auctions each year by donating electrical goods - what a star!!!   Thank you Bekir on behalf the 3C's, CBF and most of all the kiddies at Bozalan :D

I went to see Bekir to ask for a free 32" telly and had my "patter" all worked out. I started with "Bekir, I need a 32" TV for our charity project - but I don't want a discount, I want it free".

"No problem".

No patter.

Amazing man, always has been - thank you so much Bekir  :)
