Assuming that the two places were under different management a vote for either is valid only for that establishment and not the other.

H, it closed after the first season.  We had a meal there and liked it, came back next year and it was gone. With the greatest respect, I do no see any point in voting for it.  IMHO it would be best to delete it.

If I deleted it then some people may wonder what the gap was.
