It's like anything, especially in Turkey - you can buy (or get) rubbish and you can get very decent quality. Double glazing is no different. In fact I was told that the UK is becoming a big export market for Turkish double glazing. One other thing to bear in mind is that a fair amount of "bad" double glazing there is actually good double glazing, fitted badly.

Ours is reasonable but it was poorly fitted.
Locks were very badly adjusted and set meaning a slight yank with a screwdriver and the windows / doors could easily be forced open. We had new windows fitted in the UK and the company gave me better quality locks and spacers to take out and fit to stop the windows being forced.
