Just a quickie,
Leaving Venice today after a couple of lovely days seeing the sights and doing the boat trip etc in glorious weather.  St Marks Sq crowded as always  LOL   Drove straight thru Austria, raining and snow and sleet flurries in the mountains  1°.  Stuttgart wonderful, well worth a visit.
About halfway now and enjoying every minute, kept off the toll roads in Italy mainly and it was lovely.  6 countries to dat.  Off to Croatia in a minute.  Nationwide closed my card, thought it was fraudulent use, just rang them to get it sorted...LOL
Calis mid June at the latest
Tel
PS hello to Roy, Carol-n-Pete, Crabbit(saw Italys match last night) and everyone else

sitting on the beach at Halkidiki, when not typing this.
Had breakfastin Serbia & Montenegro and dinner here LOL  strange butlovely.
Drove straight thru Macedonia, to many traffic police and not much to see either.
Euros and visa card is all that is needed to pass through all the countries to date and only one more to go and we will be heading towards Calis. Before Crabbit jumps in  LOL, of course your passports and green card asked for twice.
