We recently stayed in Calis for one month and most nights we ate at Bostans. The restaurant is beautifully appointed, the waiters are very friendly and helpful as are the owners. In one month we ate at the restaurant every night except two. The variety and quality of the food is very good and if you don't see exactly what you want on the menu and you ask for it they will do their best to serve you with what you want. The fish dishes are excellent. The quiz night hosted by Russ on Tuesdays is good fun, the Saturday night entertainment with Tom Moss is also good and the BBQ night is excellent with a wonderful variety of mezes and a huge selection of meats and fish to choose from. Recep and Carol, the owners, cannot do enough to make sure you are comfortable.
