good guy, once again a good business put to the wall by silly rental charges. this happens all the time. it's these landlords which keep tourist prices rising one wonders if they demand cash from the tenants knowing that most of them are being paid in cash, and if they are declaring the full rental to the tax /mugla local government methinks not.

My wife spoke to him just over a week ago and it seems the owner of the Rose Beach sat outside every night watching the place get busier and busier and decided he was not charging enough rent. The owners family were also using the kitchen to cook their own meals even when the place was busy.No one could put up with that if you were trying to establish yourself. What also is a bit sad Rushys wife gave up her job to help out in the place.   Never rains but it pours.

Therefore as is so ridiculously common over there, the owner went from earning rent that he didn't think was high enough to earning nothing at all.

Rushie's a survivor, he'll get up time and time again.
