Dear friends ,I am a bit late in topic ,but I need to say ''musakka''s never been a greek or turkih dish and there are no differences between ,to ccok in greece or turkish .
that kind od several foods like ;
pilaki ,kapuska ,musakka ,şakşuka ,cacik ,etc.carry on ,are at both sides of the sea .
The similar names come from a shared history .It was Byzantium Empire ,east Roman Culture .
that ,all shared foods ,dance ,life style ,effected by an antic culture .
I hope this will gives an idea about the common/similar stuff in two different country .
