We have always enjoyed the thick fillet steak at Bella Mama.  We did have the 'sliced fillet' there but it was not too good so now we ask for the thick fillet with whatever sauce we want.  Have also had nice tasty steaks at Meeting Point - not fillet but very nice and tender.

if you don't mind the trip pop down to the Megri in Fethiye; they serve a proper fillet, you can see it in the fridge, done the way you like it. We holiday in Calis but i go to the Megri for the fillet steak.........

We always buy our  filet steak in Megri, this year oh my goodness it was like an old boot. For eating out Casa di Mama is the best, love it. Also the steat in Sundial and Levissi wine house is also very good.

On previous years our best steaks have always been from Megri. ..unfortunately this year it has been a different story. We tried in May and again last week and they were awful not sure if it's the butcher or the chef that they have changed!

We had lovely peppered steaks in Blue Cafe cooked rare too!

They serve great fillet steak at The Meeting Point. I dont like sauces with mine so opt for just mushrooms and onions. Perfect.
