They will probably be all increasing thier prices this week as the goverment has just raised the tax (again!) on alcohol.,,

It was announced in January that tax on alcohol and tobacco would be raised every six months, so expect another increase next January.  The small dictator has made his stance widely known:

“A Muslim can have nothing to do with drugs, alcohol or gambling. I consider smoking in the same way too”

Thats because I know were that is my question was to find the cheaper places.

Since you are asking other people for locations do you not think that it might be helpful to other members if you said where a glass of wine is 12tl or upwards.
