hi im new today and i just wondering if anyone can help me, i have money in the hsbc and the interest has dropped right down, does anyone know which bank gives the best interest rate and does anyone know anything about government bonds thanks

They are all pretty much the same, what do you call dropped right down? mine is 12.75% at Finans

Erm

12.75% at Finans, around same at Fortis. Depends on how much you have in of course.

I banked at Finnans for 6 years and Fortis for the last 2 years as well, and every month the interest at Fortis as been at least 1/4 %  more than Finnans and I do not pay any bank charges at Fortis.
That was working on 100,000tl in each bank on monthly accounts.

hsbc is 11.5% its only 8.75% for time deposit ac you need e account its on ther web site
