Hi,
  I have been visiting the forum for a while but from afar.
Hubby and I are very close to buying a property in Calis, where else!
Its a bit nerve wreaking - all that money on a house 4 hours away.
The forum has been great, full of useful information.

Hi Imaddy, welcome to this forum. As long as you still have money to keep visiting, the money on the house will have been well spent. We will be in our house for two weeks from next tuesday and we can't wait. Calis is lovely even when the weather is changeable.

We are loking at the Seaside development by Hanel.
Has anyone bought there, my husband fell in love with the view - scruffy green grass and all!

Hi Imaddy - Welcome to the forum. We have bought a villa on Seaside and there are a few more members of the forum that also have bought on there. Looking forward to the fantastic sunsets from our terrace.

Hi and welcome to the forum.  We too looked at Seaside and they were lovely, but plumped for Lissa Links in the end.  We're buying from Hanel too and no problems so far.
