Will Greg Dyke stem the flow of foreign players starting Premier League matches.

And why did he not set a target for the 2014 World Cup.

The issue start in schools and with lazy parents, if the boys are good enough they will make it. It always amazes me why every other country have their players playing across multiple leagues across Europe and beyond but English players never try the French, Dutch etc..... Leagues. Again too lazy (Gareth bale is Welsh so doesn't count!).
