Apparently I am signed into Messenger in two place and am not signed up to version that allows this. I keep getting signed out. Any suggestions please.

PS LOved the f11 - d16 quip.

In Windows Messenger, go to options - then from the large variety of things listed choose 'Sign-in' - on the right will appear more option relating specifically to signing in, one should read like 'sign me out of other places when I sign in to messenger', tick that. Problem should be solved, you should really do it on all PCs you use messenger on.

Also update to latest versions.

Thank you. Sadly the box you refer to was already ticked. Will hace a look on the pc and change it.
