I use McAfee (and very happy with it) but was looking for a deal for the kid's pc and another laptop. The price for a 3 user licence for McAfee made me look around.

I'm no fan of the well known free AV programs such as AVG, but found Microsoft's new one. Reports and reviews range from the usual "It must be rubbish, because Microsoft made it" to very good. I think it is excellent.

Scunner, look on ebay for your McAfee, I got my 3 user licence last year from there for about £12, i need to start looking again next month for a new one.

Hi why not use Avast its free also its better than AVG,you can download it from,www.download.com also why pay £12 just log on to www.btjunkie.com and download it with the crack or serial number for free theres loads of stuff on there why not save your money,remember the interest rates are low here so save a few bob.

It's free and we had nightmares when we downloaded Avast. This works is free and covers Vista. Case sorted

I downloaded this as recommended by Scunner recently and am extremely happy with it.

It was easy to download; you have to uninstall any existing anti virus software which is made fool proof by doing it as part of the AVG download process.
