I have installed Avast antivirus which is ok but this voice keeps saying system updated keeps making me jump ,can i turn it off i have tried clicking the two symbols but nothing happens any ideas cheers .

Turn the sound down LOL Lance I used Avast for a year,it's good but maybe you should have taken my advice in an ealier posting and use AVG free edition.
