Internet connection from one pc

Sorry for not getting back sooner but I had tried everything with no result so seems like router had a hardware issue. I was thinking off getting a new router as we had it a number of years. ISP were no help until I decided to ask for mac so I could change to another provider.They could not do enough for me, got a new package off them saving £18 per month on phone and broadband package and gave me new router which arrived 3 days later. The whole house online now .

i had a customer with a similar problem to this, well actually 2. both had exactly the same router, netgear can't remember model number off the top of my head. It turned out to be the LAN ports burning out. common problem with this model according to a quick google search. Went from 4 working down to 2 then to non. The wireless still worked ok though
